Returns


We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:


- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping


- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.

- Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
